Renting a condo or villa — a deliteful change from the cookie cutter hotel room

Most of the condo buildings are designed as 2 bedroom 2 bath condos which can be rented as a 2BR/2bath or 1BR/1bath condos. Master suites are furnished with a king size bed and private bath often separated from the living area with louvered doors, which when left open, allows the free flow of fresh Caribbean breeze and a fabulous view of the Bay.
Condo bedrooms have large, private, tiled bathrooms. Second bedroom suites have either two singles, doubles or a king bed, depending on the unit. A completely furnished full kitchen includes bottled water, pans, dishes, table accessories, a bar with stools and a dining table(some). Each condo is privately owned and the decor varies from one condo to another. You will feel at home, relaxed and comfortable. Enjoy a siesta in a hammock as the sea breeze carries away your cares. You will find it difficult to concentrate on anything but the 180 degree sun-kissed views.
Private villas with swimming pools overlooking the Caribbean or Yalku lagoon can accommodate any size group in a private compound. Villas have lovely gardens and dramatic views.
Daily maid service allows you to enjoy all the local beauty, both above and below the water, while the unit is cleaned up, beds made and dishes washed. Maid service is provided from 9:00am to 5:00pm so you may enjoy your days without interruption of cleaning or doing dishes. Return from your daily excursions to a sparkling condo and enjoy your freedom!
If you prefer not to cook, but would like to dine in, arrangements for a cook to prepare your meal(s) can be made at the reception office with a day or two's notice. Perhaps you would like the use of a charcoal grill to have a cookout with family and new friends you have met during your visit. A grill will be provided upon request.
On site maintenance personnel is available and ready to take care of unforeseen mishaps or any maintenance problem that may occur during your stay. If a problem does occur, for prompt attention, notify the reception office immediately of the problem and continue to enjoy your day. Maintenance will attend to the problem. Maintenance service is available daily from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
